In Japan, 18th, March, Fukushima first atomic power plant:it has stopped by Earthquake two years ago, there was power outages, refrigeration system was down. This system make cool fuel pool down. Tokyo power plant company said they speed up reconstruction efforts of refrigeration system in Fukushima firtst atomic power plant.

On 18th, March, 7:00.P.M, at Fukushima first atomic power plant was blackout. The refrigeration sytem was down for Reactor 1, 3 and 4. That water temperature is safty. but If the blackout continue over four days, it will be dangerous.
Why did system down or was blackout? Why did workers of Tokyo power plant company check that system? I donot believe this accident.
